Download AnimalVigenere.jar, an optional extension for generating animations for the Vigènere data encyption algorithm on demand. The tool can then be started by java -jar AnimalVigenere.jar

Alternatively, you can also start this generator directly using Java WebStart. This version will generate the animation code, but not display the animation (you need to run Animal to see the animation). Additionally, you will have to trust the certificate of the author of the extension, Eike Kohnert.

Note: this extension has been incorporated into Animal since version 2.3 and no longer needs to be run separately.
